To strengthen cyber defense and penetration testing capabilities for provincial power monitoring systems, and to support the development of specialized security talent, this project involved the construction of a dedicated attack-and-defense laboratory at the Jiangsu Provincial Dispatch Center. The upgraded facility provides an on-site environment and technical support platform for security teams to carry out penetration testing and cyber defense exercises.

The State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company Provincial Dispatch Cyber Defense Drill Laboratory Upgrade Project included the installation of LG video walls, display control systems, cable routing, standalone equipment commissioning, and integrated system testing. Throughout the construction process, the project team followed a highly structured delivery plan with a strong focus on standardized equipment installation, modular site management, organized deployment, and clearly defined work zones—creating a model project for safe, orderly, and professional construction.
