Job Description

Manage and grow long-term client relationships across utility, public sector, and infrastructure accounts. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, supporting proposals and solution presentations, and working closely with technical teams to deliver strong client service and account growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of account management or business development experience with utility, public sector, or infrastructure clients
  • Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships and identify upsell or expansion opportunities
  • Strong understanding of project delivery processes and client service expectations
  • Ability to coordinate with technical teams to support proposals and solution presentations
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience aligning account messaging with website and brand communication is preferred
