• Strong ability to balance business goals, brand presentation, and user experience
• Experience designing structured, scalable page systems for corporate and solution-focused websites
• Proficiency in Figma and component-based design systems
• Excellent visual judgment and strong attention to interaction details
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments
• Experience in enterprise, industrial, or energy-related digital products is a plus
