Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or solution sales
  • Proven track record of building relationships with utilities, infrastructure clients, or industrial partners
  • Ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and develop partnership strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Strong understanding of complex project lifecycles from early engagement to execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience supporting brand positioning, solution storytelling, and website-facing market communication is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and commercial thinking
