Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or solution sales
- Proven track record of building relationships with utilities, infrastructure clients, or industrial partners
- Ability to evaluate commercial opportunities and develop partnership strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Strong understanding of complex project lifecycles from early engagement to execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities
- Experience supporting brand positioning, solution storytelling, and website-facing market communication is an advantage
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
