• 4+ years of UX design experience focused on websites, digital platforms, or enterprise products
• Strong ability to organize complex information into intuitive structures and user flows
• Experience improving navigation, page hierarchy, and content discoverability
• Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design thinking
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders to define content priorities and user needs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with solution-driven or technical websites is highly desirable
