The Hailar East New District 110 kV Transmission and Transformation Project was the company’s first infrastructure project undertaken outside its home province. Located approximately 70 meters south of the planned bus terminal in Hailar’s East New District, and close to the regional load center, the project was developed to meet growing electricity demand in the surrounding area. It also helps optimize the regional 110 kV grid structure, significantly improving grid safety and reliability, supporting local economic and social development, and strengthening the Hailar urban grid as a key network hub.
