This project covered the design, equipment procurement, and construction of distributed photovoltaic power stations across 10 rural towns in Hai’an, including Libao and Nanmo. By advancing rural energy infrastructure, the project supported Hai’an’s broader rural development strategy and contributed to ongoing rural revitalization efforts, helping strengthen the foundations for sustainable poverty alleviation.
