By implementing a remote intelligent inspection system at the ±800 kV Huai’an Converter Station, the project further enhanced automated inspection capabilities and enabled comprehensive coverage of visual inspections, instrument readings, and oil level monitoring for primary equipment across the entire station. It also achieved full thermal inspection coverage for key areas including converter transformers, the valve hall, the DC yard, and the AC filter yard. By reducing the inspection workload for O&M personnel and leveraging the system’s data integration, analysis, and alarm functions, the solution allows operators to monitor equipment status in real time, identify fault locations more accurately, and respond to issues more efficiently.
